Mike, I think NIJ06 cert will have a major impact on share price. It will take a couple of months. It opens up a much wider law enforcement market - many who require a NIJ certification to even bid.

Now granted the big money is in a federal/US military/NATO contracts.

Sounded from the Aberdeen PR, that the US military wants them to bid on other advanced projects. Pretty amazing that someone - nontechnical/no engineering degree has produced an armor better than many other nations, multi-billion-dollar corps with tons of PHDs, and without a dime of government money.
