I don't expect SEC and SAIC filings to match, but large discrepencies are a large flag for me. This was a past issue with APWR as recent earnings are too dismal to be inflated.

Agreed, no stock is bulletproof, the best we can do is try to identify the legitimate canidates based on the limited information we can gather as individual investors. Bulletproof is an exaggeration but you get the point.

Thanks for the heads up on ABAT, I will be watching going into next earnings as you are spot on in that most investors will not catch a one-time earnings pop and the stock could really jump for a nice trade if nothing else. Do you know when ABAT reports next earnings?
