Are you blind? Willingham botched a deal trying to screw preferreds. How is this so hard to understand. He is the equity committee chairman. He's not supposed to do crap like this. He is supposed to follow the law.

What issues don't I understand? The 2.5 years of conspiracies. Yes, I don't believe in those b/c they're not true and haven't been proven.

Sorry, but equity isn't getting billions. If they do, prefs will get paid in full before commons see a penny. Commons just about got a way with giving preferreds a haircut. Now we know it won't happen.


Rebutting my statements with general sophomoric statements doesn't do anyone any good on this board. Next time please say something of value--like a fact. Thx
