Because this company is a resident of the "Pink Sheet" world, it has no legal responsibility to follow strict guidelines that would generate a full and clear understanding of the exact business relationship, agreement, or licensing arrangements that presently exist.

At this point in time Bourque Industries has decided not to dicclose in an explicit manner on their official company web site what ownership of BORK shares deliver to investors, be it a house of straw, of sticks, or of hard bricks.

The business world is full of wolves, capable of placing a person in a position to make unwanted decisions.

John Bourque has a very strong determination to accomplish certain items, call them his agenda, and these rule what he will do under the conditions that he controls.

Cashing in on his 150,000,000 Bork shares to become wealthy is not included in his list of items that must be done.

Supplying the best possible ballistic armor for law enforcement and the military, being a major contributor to the solution for our aging and inadequate energy delivery system of the United States, and accomplishing these tasks with a "Made in the USA" philosophy to generate jobs and wealth for America.

If John Bourque finds that he can obtain these objectives most efficiently in a business enterprise seperate from the valuation of Bourque Industries BORK shares, then if he has the ability, he may choose to do that.

So yes Mr. Banks, a purchase of BORK shares, especially for a long hold, needs an awareness of what value the BORK currently holds. The source of that information resides exclusily on the official company web site, not on this board since various interpretations has been posted with unofficial company opinions as to the correctness or lack of.

This awareness needs to be the first information presented to investors, so Mr. Banks please compose into a public post your concerns based on what value can presently be attached to a BORK share, and I will append that to the top of the iBox.

Please make it as a list of items that can have information added as official company clairification is obtained.

While you have a history of being totally confident in you ability to handle a task like this, I suggest that you exchange public posts on this board with Ole Grannie, as you are still young enough to learn something new from her since she traveled around the block many times under her own power while you were still in diapers pushed in the baby carriage by your mother :)
