At what point would you conclude ICOA is a bad stock. Another month, 6 months, 1 year. For the last year it has gone down and now stagnate, and only stagnate because it can't really go any further down. If you conclude that ICOA would be a bad stock if it goes off the market, then you have a lack of knowledge on stocks because you only can state it is a bad stock when it is dead (a duh statement).

MY POINT IS ICOA IS AT .0002-.0001 WITH NO DOCUMENTED SIGNS OF PROGRESS AND YOU BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH TO BUY IT AS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT. I CAN NOT FIND A STOCK SELLING AT TRIPLE Os --.0001 that has potential, with PRd progress noted..can you?

H'mm . . .

Were should I begin, Wi ??? ??? ???

1. I NEVER said that the ONLY way ICOA could be considered a bad stock was if it went off the market. Please stop trying to put words in my mouth. Rather, please try to concentrate, instead, on giving your own thoughts more consideration before THEY become words.

2. When did I say that ICOA has become stagnate? Oh, sorry, that is YOUR opinion. MY opinion is that it's taking George WAY LONGER to get done what he needs to get done (so that ICOA's overall situation can improve) than even he realized. That puts him and the "Investors-Have-Needs" crowd at odds with each other. I'm more patient than that. So, just HOW patient am I? I'm patient enough to give George ALL the TIME he needs to do either one of two things: Get the job done or create enough rope to hang himself. How long will that take? To be honest, I don't know. But, as long as I see progress, even excruciatingly slow progress, I'm not going to even think about "flipping the script" on George and all of his efforts thus far.

So, how long is TOO long, then? I don't know is the best answer I can give. I'm a pretty patient person. So, we will just have to wait and see.

3. "... NO DOCUMENTED PROGRESS ..." 2008 Fins, Working On 2009 and 2010 Fins, WISP Letter of Intent, Ongoing responses from some of this board's member emails, etc.

So, uh, without trying to sound disingenuous, is reading English part of your native language skills, Wi?

4. "... BUY IT AS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT ..." I NEVER said "LONG TERM", now DID I? What I said was "a good investment". IMO, sub-sub-sub-sub penny stocks are not, in general, good candidates for being LONG TERM INVESTMENTS in the same vein as, say, Coca-Cola, American Express, IBM, etc. But, you probably already knew that, huh "...(a[nother] duh statement)... "?

5. "... I CAN NOT FIND A STOCK SELLING AT TRIPLE Os --.0001 that has potential, with PRd progress noted..can you? ..." H'mm, let's see here, OK, I'm willing to take a stab at that one . . .

I C O A ? ? ?

But, then again, the term " ... PRd progress... " IS subject to interpretation as well, is it not? wink

"Keepin' Da Faith", STILL and Until PROVEN Otherwise,

P.S. And for the record, the word "PROVEN" and the phrase "OPINIONS AD NAUSEUM" are NOT the same thing . . .
