rubber duck, Maybe the reverse merger would be 1 share of BVIG for each 15 to 20 shares of KATX. That would not bloat the share structure so much as you think. The BVIG share distribution could be done from the 7-16-2010 Record Date and the merger shares could follow shortly to consolidate everything into BVIG. Just a thought.
