If CEO Eric Ottens comes out and issues a press release saying ok we issued all of these shares here in order to purchase and accomplish yada yada yada...you will see this stock jump up 200% in one day. Investors want to know where the money is going. Its that simple. You dont hand over your money (invest) to not know what it is being used for especially when the company keeps selling more shares.
