it might not seem that way to you, but then again, did you forget about all the new eyes that were on this stock? FBCD was near the top of IHUB hot stocks at the time, and our boardmarks increased pretty well.
So a slew of new folks that went to check this stock out, were not greeted by the news of the CC, nor provided a link to this news, which discussed the impending short merger timeline. this was the real scam. The merger timeline, as short as it is, is actually a catalyst for this stock, now that we got the REAL message back on track. Hiding this, gave some folks an opportunity to crash the stock, and they succeeded. Everyone knows how multiples work on lower priced pinks, no? This merger news, was very good news, the news folks deserved to hear about, but many folks did not. Instead they read-FBCD IS A SCAM!! Don't buy this stock!!
I'm sure some people then looked at the charts, saw we fell from .11, and decided then this stock was too risky for themselves, because of this omission of the real news , that any normal board would have printed prominently. And I'm certain someone just shareholders just plain freaked, saw the intent, thought they could do better, and just sold out, certain that this stock was going to be bashed and tanked to death anyhow, and lost interest for the time. That is one way to load cheaper after someone sells.
So if you believe that sticky was irrelevant to the stock's performance, as well as the merger news being omitted, why the sudden importance for honesty, since you stated now, that lying makes no difference? Sorry, just had to weigh in again. (laughing)
Like you said, when the merger is completed, nobody would know until some days later with a filing, yet you were certain that the merger was not done by Tuesday, and that I was wrong? How can that be? You couldn't have known either.
Seems like a bit of a contradiction here in your argument.
Don't worry about honesty -I'll believe in my own DD, and know the score. HONESTLY, If someone disses my great stock, that I am CERTAIN will go to .25, .50. $1- then I will respond
