GOIG AUDIO UPDATE TRANSCRIPTION

Still seems like important 'news' if you own any shares of GOIG & bears repeating. Anybody hear anything else about the GoCom shares & when we will receive them? They also say there will be no dilution of GOIG & GoCom to raise the the 2.5 Million. Anybody heard anything else about this? Happy Saturday.

"This is Ike Sutton, CEO of GoIP Global, symbol GOIG. Today is June 15th. On June 6th, we released a press release with information that we will do a reorganization and merger of Go800 and GoBox. Go800 name will be changed to GoCom and will be spun off from GoIP. Additionallly we will raise two and a half million dollars for GoCom which would be for Go800 & GoBox products.

In answer to many shareholders' inquiries I'd like to clarify the
following:

First, GoIP shares will not be reversed or diluted for the two and a half million dollar raise. Go800's name will be changed to GoCom and GoCom will be spun off from GoIP. Shareholders will receive their proportionate shares in GoCom as they hold in GoIP. GoCom will be listed as a fully reporting company on bulletin boards and will be a separate company from GoIP, therefore there will be two companies, two symbols and shareholders will have stock in both companies. GoCom will then proceed to raise two and a half million dollars. Based on this, GoIG will not be diluted and shareholders will not have to be concerned about a reverse. Again shareholders, GoIP shareholders will be owning two stocks in two companies, GoIP & GoCom. This merger and reorganization will benefit both Go800 and GoBox by having a distinct management team and by having the fund that it will need to bring these two products to market without diluting and without affecting the GoIP company and shareholder base.
