Adventrx Pharmaceuticals has already been approved for the use of ANX-530 to be called Exelbine. They also have Exelbine but that doesn't mean Exelbine will be approved on Sept. 1st. (their PDUFA date).

While I hold no position in ACUR, I do know several good people that do, and I would be very happy for them, however, it isn't verified yet...
