Well, here's one example of how deep Eric and Tim where in debt.LOL!

Natural Nutrition was liquidated to Cornell capital, NKA Yorkville Advisors (YA) in return for a complete release of all indebtedness owed by the Company to YA

BTW, Natural Nutrient was the company acquired by APCX. And
this deal was done AFTER Eric Ottens had been appointed as the Chairman and CEO of APCX.LOL!!
