That is a good thing DH. It's like having an unused transferable line of credit established at a bank.

Think in terms of marketing an emerging Health Care company and your company came along with a value added 4 Billion line of unused credit at the bank. Wouldn't that sweeten the pot a little over a competitor's company that did not come with a line of credit? In fact, just to establish that kind of credit would take a lot of up front hard cash.
