My dealings with Dimka were few, but he shot straight with me on the rebids (I'm talking about along time ago!)..two weeks before it was announced he told me of the rebids... so when Mark would call and get info from Sam, I always felt it was legit......the couple of times I checked with Sam, Marks info was the same as what I would get..I quit calling because of the expense....not really sure where it all got crosswise...still believce there is a play here...and wish I had money for some of the 12 for a dollar sale!
