-Update- Prudential notes that AAPL mgmt stated that iPod success and increased brand awareness have begun to translate into a market share breakout story that could last for the foreseeable future, reiterating what has been the firm's basis for their Overweight rating. They say PCs are often upgraded on an as-needed basis and iPod success is still young as 63% of all iPods ever sold were in the last 2 quarters. They also believe retail and online sales continue to outpace overall company growth, and add yet another profit lever to the Apple story. Target remains at $55.
