We don't know each other by first name. We barely know who we are (from reading the stuff we've posted on this website). So yes, that qualifies you and I as "complete strangers".

I don't. This individual made a series of very poor choices. He needed to resign...and resign he did.

Ditto for drugs, etc. But in order for one to crawl out from the abyss, they must be made aware (and subsequently hold themselves accountable for) their actions.
