Numerous items on the website that were incorrectly stating Laidlaws involvment in various areas thereby knowingly misrepresenting the company to investors and others reading the website.
Ceo making statments concerning the direction of the stock price, thereby encouraging potiental investors to buy and violating SEC laws in the process.

That is two for starters.

If anyone destroys the company (ie: it never leaves the greys) it will be because of managements actions, not the SEC or others.
