The primary John B will not 'abandon' BORK is simple. . . the actual dollars and assets that John has put into BORK is represented by the shares of BORK stock he owns as does several of the team/employees. If the case you make is true then the dollars invested via GPGI, and directly into BORK are worth what the BORK stock is valued.

I suppose one could make the case that John B would be willing to write those dollars off, but I think that would not be the case.

It Much easier to retain the value already invested and increase the value through BORK. . . simple, easy, likely quicker and, of HUGE value, to John B, ethical.

Yes that sounds like 'faith' to some, but ethics is a commodity that has a lot value for every company I have ever worked for.

Companies and individuals that don't walk their talk, don't make it long term. . . the Enron's and Maydoff's of the world can attest to that. . . and yes that is the risk we are taking here. . . HOWEVER, [fill in your own words here]____________________________________
