Now this post interests me.....

I keep hearing about the manipulation game being played with the stock price, I had made the implication it was being done in the other direction 2 days ago, I saw those small trades at the ask, higher ask, then even higher ask to end the day with an up spike, Now I hear the same for the downside?

Tell me what is the LAW concerning this stuff? It seems to me that either way up or down this is stock price manipulation? How is it done (briefly)? Who does it? & What is the law? meaning..Has anyone ever been caught and sent up the river for it?

Anymore info would be appreciated?
