My understanding is the reverse mergers are a mechanism for a company to go public without the hastle of all the paperwork. Both reverse mergers and acquisitions are VERY good for shareholders. Regardless of whether or not this is a reverse merger, ADHC is going to make us alot of money imo. 1000% from these levels imo.
