the t/a could have a bullhorn for all i know........if the shares were already in the float, wouldnt matter if he was gagged or ungagged..........

the mistake that a lot of folks make is drawing the line in the sand on a gagged/ungagged t/a.............

suppose the shares were ALREADY in the float?......which is the obvious case here!
