Yes, I used the streetsmart pro platfom that is based on cyber. Had many complaints. It is not really a direct acess platform as you can only short through smart ex- not the ecns- this was very slow as the order had to be route3d through schwab to a market maker. I also had problems with reliability and found thier customer service to be available, but not very competent. The tradestation has many great features- you can go to their website - the training portion- to view all the features they have. They are affililated w/ bear sterns so the availibility of short shares is at least equal to schwab.
Might be worth checking out- especially considering the savings in commisions for a superior platform.
