Btw, I only have limited posting on this site so, no need to waste my precious posting going back and forth with stupid argument.

Bottom line, if a company takes over majority shares of a shell, they can do whatever they want and shareholders who don't have the majority vote will always lose, you know that & any retarded person knows that. So let's get real here, every company in the stock market dilutes their shareholders so they can finance their future.
