If nothing is going to happen for at least a year I don't understand why EO would not trim down ERHC to bare bones and conserve cash and wait it out. What do Nepethe, Bovil, and others do on a daily basis to earn their pay. It seems to me that EO has lost the most of anyone on the share price drop. You don't get to be a billionare by losing money.
