I used to use TD Ameritrade, but switched to etrade because they have a much better interface on the web and also their iphone app is good.

Zecco I use occasionally, but their web interface is often sluggish, and sometimes will not load which is extremely frustrating when you want to execute a trade!

ETrade has been the most consistent in reliability. I may consider using TD again as they allow you to view L2 quotes with their iphone app if you keep a balance of 100K or more.
