We're already in the middle of a manipulation scheme. Here's the scenario:

Say I am the guy who ran the PPS in that zig zag patter where the pps went from 0.27 to 0.13 to 0.22 to 0.14 to etc. I have millions of shares and millions of dollars.

First, I begin by significantly shorting (on a daily volume basis) two days in a row into good, but not surprising news. It puts a cap on any significant upward movement and puts the weak minded retail investors and traders on notice. Then follow up with heavy selling with owned shares driving the pps down to create the perception that something is wrong and momo is heading the other way.

Question now is should I follow up with a more pronounced effort to turn the herd? Will it be worth the effort?

Let's face it. If this does get turned around, it'll be because retail investors and traders see that a big hand is gonna take it down and sell in order to pick up cheaper shares. I've got my bid in with all my available cash to pick up shares between $.15 and $.16. Come on manipulators! Give it to me! I'll gladly take it!!!!
