I have never understood,cared for
or supported the SEC policy of allowing these companies all these NT grace periods and then allow extensions time and time again.
All it does is continue to make the SEC look like more of a 'Joke' then it already is.
And allows these companies that trade to the public to continue to take the filing date right to the edge, again and again.
They should set a firm date for all reporting companies and stick to it...You don't file...BAMM...You're delisted.
Get your ducks in a row and your act togeather.
