Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. (Pink OTC: RFMK), announced today that The Company has passed a Board Resolution to begin filing quarterly financials in order to provide shareholders transparent, current information regarding the Company's business developments. As a non-reporting OTC company, RFMK is not required to file financial reports every quarter, but feels it is in the best interest of shareholders to so. Following the filing of the Company's June 30th financials, RFMK will continue to keep shareholders updated on a quarterly basis going forward – just as a fully reporting company would be required to do. Rapid Fire Marketing's increased business activity has resulted in increased shareholder activity and communications, which has led to the Company hiring a dedicated investor relations staff to answer questions and provide updates.
Bionic Cigs – As announced, the Company is in the process of replacing their merchant account to process credit cards over the internet. The Company has announced a 50% sale during the month of July on all E-Cigarettes and accessories, as a way of saying thanks to our customers for their loyalty and patience. The Company expects the cart system to be fully functioning within the next day or so. The Company continues to process phone orders and expand the Distributor Program for Bionic Cigs in the meantime. The Company has paid for a comprehensive internet marketing campaign to commence as soon as the cart system is back up. This sector is focused on global sales and brand awareness of Bionic Cigs to become the leader in the premium electronic cigarette business.
Medical Cannabis Management – Has entered into discussions to provide a cultivation superstore through our website, rather than offer just one growing system as announced. With medical cannabis cultivation, one size does not fit all. There are many different systems using hydroponics, aeroponics and traditional methods of cultivation that need to be tailored to the individual's needs. As a result, the Company is finalizing discussions to provide a complete superstore of growing products through the Company's website. This would include the Company's line of hemp oil and all supplies needed for the cultivation of medical cannabis. The Company is working as quickly as possible to bring these products and services to market, but must remain diligent in strictly following state and interstate laws. We appreciate our shareholder's understanding regarding the sensitive nature of this highly regulated industry we are part of.
