Got a good friend and smart investor who I haven't talked to in a couple of months.
Told me on the phone the other night he has been watching and reading for months before he buys anything.
He truly feels that the company is purposely withholding back on their duties to report and get current.
The reason I'm posting this is I want to show what a seasoned outside investor is making of the situation.
If he feels this way you have to ask yourself how many other possible investors are assessing the situation the same way ?
Irregardless of the reasons, even if legitimate, management is not sending the market any right signals by not making it clear what is going on.
Not good IMO.
