they're talking about several billion dollars that the auction will be.
2 billion dollars ==> +/- $.25/share
4 billion dollars ==> +/- $.5/share
8.5 billion dollars ==> +/- $1/share
an extreme bidding war between google and apple and microsoft and nokia maybe ericsson could go well above $8.5 billion;
apple makes $6billion/quarter and doesn't want google to have even more power (google android etc), so they can drive the price up to extrmes!!!

Anyway several billion dollars = at least 2billion dollars according to my dictionary and that means at least $.25/common share and that means the current PPS is much too low. IMO
