The amendment for the increase in the A/S was filed on 4/21. It clearly states everything on the website. I'd try calling to see if you can get a copy, or to see if documents could be fraudulantly filed. I've also tried to see if KATX is incorporated elsewhere now, as they have been in default status for quite some time with Nevada.
