i really like reading this part:

the actual performance numbers Laidlaw Energy Group aren't accessible. It's a pink sheet name right now, and as such isn't required to file with the SEC... and it isn't. It is looking to upgrade to the OTCBB exchange though, at which time LLEG will have to supply those numbers. In the meantime, the market it acting confident that what's in those numbers will be satisfactory... even bullish.
