My take on the CC.............Vey positive, these guys seem excited and on the up and up.

The only one thing that worries me is the "we have as much to loose as anyone else" With that said though they also have the power to issue more shares and then do he dredded RS.

So other then that if they can succede within the confines of the current share structure then there will be many happy people in the near term thankfull for investing in DGRI!
