hopefully dr-frud will listen to you, cause he keeps ignoring the FACTS and he seems to have faith in your input.....the FACTS, as frog has confirmed, say that management ownership alone is NOT enough to guarantee the outcome of the vote. i'm glad you agree that this FACT is crystal clear.....and isn't open to interpretation.
