Here's my take on what happened:

Starting mid May a group came in here and accumulated heavily in the mid-high trips. I was here when that happened and it began around .0006, hence my entry point now. They ran this hard and with the low S/S it was able to get into the .005's. The company came out with that notice stating they had nothing to do with the run and we saw a huge sell off.

The big volume sell off day went from .0059 to .0015. You have to figure there were a lot of people picking up millions of shares between there thinking they were going to catch a bounce. This probably happened all the way down. I don't think we saw dilution there, and if there was any, it was insignificant. The sells we've been seeing lately are probably the same thing, people bought in to catch the bounce and it didn't happen, so they get out.

The A/S is still 795 million, the same as it was before the run. I really like that. Now I can't say for certain this is the bottom but I have been involved in this stock since last september and know it well. History has a tendency of repeating itself, and there have been two HUGE runs (one from .0006 to over 2 cents, the other from .0006 to .0059). We're back at .0006. Do I need to say more?
