That story is not limited to Subaru. Toyota in Lexington is exactly the same -- and just like Subaru, the unions have tried many times to organize the Toyota plant, but each time they have failed. The facilities are clean and the workers are both hard working and conscientious, taking much pride in their work. Compared to workers at GM, there is no comparison.
