I agree with you fully. No argument from me. I also agree that I HOPE that commons get paid something as in cash or newco or whatever BUT not at the expense of preferreds because there is a reason why I invested in Ps and not Us. It is called the rule of law which I believe in otherwise we have anarchy which does no one any good whatsoever. This being one reason as well as the dividend.
