Yes, it is a 'sweet' deal for newbies, but, there is no guarantee (especially without financials) that the dilution will not start 'all over again' and hurt the 'new investors' just as it did the old. 'Caveat emptor', my fellow bargain hunter, especially with these damned pinkies....
