Hey crufus, sometimes stocks that are very active in volume, without having any news to follow, can turn-out to be
"Reverse Merger" plays.


The stock has been bumping up against resistance for a while now, and if a deal is in the works, the news of a R/M can send this up to "unbelieveable" price levels.
