Is this a learning moment?

That is because no one except us reads them...

That is a perfectly valid observation that I'm sure is shared by the majority of participants on this board. But what can be derived from that observation?

If we know that we are the only ones who read the updates, then it stands to reason that Newton knows it too.

If Newton knows who his audience is, and by definition who it ISN'T, then what is he trying to accomplish with those updates?

Complaining that the updates aren't having any effect on the market mistakenly assumes that they are being published for that reason. Clearly they are not.

Instead of pretending that Newton is incompetent, people need to try figuring out what he is actually up to, because it sure isn't the advancement of RCCH as a company, but he is certainly attempting to carry out some kind of agenda.
