What we know is that there are many reasons to own Ps and not Us. Not to stir up anything... why should Ps take a haircut for Us? We pay more for the product and therwfire should rwcueve more. It is similuar to purchasing a Porsche versus a Ugo. If Us want better or more rights then they should purchase Ps.
