i don't think that you, dr-frud or I can say how the non-management controlled shares will be voted.


there's NO WAY we can say with certainty.....i'm very surprised that you would represent such a thing as FACT, even though you did dress it up a bit with "The clear consensus of the boards". clear consensus? maybe you haven't been reading what i have. without tallying things up, i'd say there's probably been more NO's than YES's thus far.


and i never said a word about whether this will be approved or not. the question centered on the management controlled shares and the FACT that alone, they DO NOT HAVE A MAJORITY in this vote....agree?
