My answer to that is why bring it up.

Sure it sucks to see a company pay to pump their stock just to dump.

Not like there the first to do it, won't be the last.

I agree with you I think what they are doing is a real fine line, if they let this get into sub penny range I will agree they will be in a point of no return.

You just got to hope their smart about this and let the stock breath, maybe even let it run once to the .10 and continue diluting.

Only time will tell. There is no argument here management is over paid, and useless.

But maybe in time they smarten up,
