It "should" increase the market cap substantially, I agree with that. However, the $15MM is an Asset and there is an offsetting $15MM Liability which makes it a ZERO impact to the Balance sheet.

The Market Cap will increase only by Investors willing to buy shares in anticipation of the company moving ahead.

However, once those Core Samples show verifiable existence of the Ore that has been claimed, SUGO should shares should soar.
