HIDE is the only one I'd say you're correct on. I am equally as guilty of this. I am down $7000 there now.

BUT, the others are trading stocks. Besides VLCO which is purely long imo.

I have laid out a map on how to play the others. They trade within a support and resistance range, and you must take profits.
