My apology, the EPA certified lab was the Colorado Lab that did the previous tests.

Specifically, the results of an 80,000 mile all-terrain, all-weather road test at an EPA-certified laboratory demonstrated a 40 percent increase in highway fuel mileage and a reduction of as much as 60 percent in some harmful tailpipe emissions.

I have proposed the question to the company to the labs accredidation.
