SFIO won't ship to Canada, because of the regulations that do not allow e-cigs here

Now that FDA has laxed, I suspect the Canadian maybe more open minded about allowing e-cigs here...we shall see...relatively small market here though (about a 1/10th of US), so we can afford to put them off for a bit
