One of us is wrong. Honestly I hope it's me, because that's good news for the mines who will hire people and make money and give Petro cashflow. But the experience of the mine owners has been very different from the theory that you presented. Like I said, if I'm wrong I'll buy you a milkshake...or I'll mail you a Starbucks card. Your choice.
