They have no cash, havent had any in a long time.
How are they going to buy stuff in the future without some cash in the trasaction? Right now I wouldnt let them buy my 100% purely organic non gmo heritage Tomatoes when ready with out some kind of cash and a couple million shares... (some pre 1964 quarters or dollars will get a bushel or two....with only half a mil shares).....
Personally, I think the 2nd failure of "Realtime" took its toll on old Benny.. I know it took its toll on all of us.
One good thing is right now may be the time to acquire all the junk they can. Its cheap. So if the dilution is going towards something that can be force fed to the bottom line "oneday" than now is the time to do it. Unless,.... iFinix is the junk that might be acquired...? hmmmm I dont think that would pay off for investors.

I am very curious if the company even cares that certain brokers wont trade their shares? At the dilution that seems to be happening, wouldnt matter if 1-3 brokers are not trading. They know the some that do - will acquire all the cheapies just waiting for the first signs of MOMO. MOMO to double zeros? I think not. But one day there will be a a chunk of new names here pushing all the "good" iFinix has infront of it. It'll last 3-4 days then back to /\__/\___/\______/\_____________________
(Side note..... hey Ben, remember for the next time, Dont pizz off the MM's that keep trading alive when no one else wants to buy........)
