The "pivotal" point for EVCA's stock lies somewhere in the past for the time being. I'd say EVCA pivoted sharply downhill on or about March 9, 2011, when the PPS took a hard dive from which it has yet to recover. THAT was a pivotal point for EVCA, and the company muffed it!

NOW we need to see EVCA pull its ass out of the hole it fell in when it pivoted poorly back in March. There's no pivotal point right now, not unless the executives at EVCA can finally deliver on the promises (e.g., opening two-three new dealerships) they've been spinning since well before that bitter, pivotal date of March 9, 2011!
