Dont know much about the classifieds in my hometown paper(Fairfield county, Connecticut), but i did notice this...New York City was a mad house this weekend and all everyone was doing was shopping. The hotels were packed and the restaurants were full. People were also using there own cash, not to many exchanges in stores like bloomingdales, saks, and even luxary stores like tiffany's and miki moto. Hopefully its a sign if things to come for the economy.
